The venue coordinator works for the venue: their job is the building, the staff schedule, and the venue’s rules. Your day-of coordinator works for you: your timeline, all of your vendors (not just the venue’s), and your experience of the day. The two work well together, and we do it often.

Does "day-of" really mean you only show up that day?

No. “Day-of” describes who takes responsibility for execution, not when the work begins. Depending on the event, we may begin reviewing your plan weeks or months in advance, including the timeline, vendor contacts, layout, and priorities. A venue visit can also be included when appropriate.

Will you work with vendors we’ve already booked?

Absolutely. Your vendors stay your vendors. We confirm them before the event, coordinate them on the day, and make sure they have what they need to do their best work. Vendors across the North Shore know us for exactly this.

Do you coordinate weddings?
