This is a note of thanks for the great job Inga, Nick, and Andrea did on Sunday. Throwing a party for 100 people is confusing enough but they made it a snap. We did not have to worry about anything. They showed up and never stopped working until they left. They told us where they would set up the tables, the drinks and the Bar-B-Q. It was perfect.
Anything I might write would be insufficient and could never express our satisfaction enough. They were pleasant, professional and capable. I want to say "THANK YOU" but the written note will never it well enough.

I could not let the week pass without telling you what a great pleasure it was to have Jackie and Lori help us with our "Faculty on the Road" event for Sarah Lawrence Colleg! Never having hosted a party which was also a lecture, we didn't quite know what to expect but Jackie and Lori's calmness and expertise made everything go smoothly. For a change, I was able to participate as a guest (and as a proper hostess) at my own event instead of worrying about details and haunting the kitchen.
Besides being great helpers, they are also wonderful human beings and I would have them back as assistants or as guests/friends any time! My fourteen-year-old daughter - a very good judge of character - feels exactly the same way.

Thank you so much for responding to my last minute appeal for staff for my party. I must tell you that Jackie and Jerry were absolutely terrific in the help they gave us. The were most professional in guiding me in setting up the buffet, in preparing and presnting the food, and in assisting with the serving. They did a most complete and careful job of cleaning up as the evening progressed and after our guests departed. Jerry even suggested having various elevations on the buffet and used objects from the cupboard and napkins and pins to create an interesting presentation of the dishes.
Jackie was most hospitable to our guests as she served the salmon and chicken, pointing out the sauces, and the desserts. They were both very efficient, yet relaxed, and most pleasant to work with. I shall certainly request them again and have already told friends about your agency. Many of us like to cook, but want help with service and clean up.

Jack was extremely professional and self-motivated. He took it upon himself to turn our small buffet dinner into a sit-down dinner, which added elegance and extra class to my event. The presentation of the food was created by the chef and Jack, and again was very elegant. He made our guests feel special and in turn my husband and I.
Jack went beyond what I expected and really turned the night into a success.

Jack and Cathy showed up exactly on time and were helping unload food before they even walked in my door. That's when I knew they were self-starters. They went to work, assembling and cutting food and arranging it in a greater variety of serving presentations then I knew was possible. Jack is a creative genius. Using gourds, leaves, flowers and herbs from my garden, he created a table landscape that was as appealing to the eye as the food was to the palate.
I liked that they had ideas and did not wait for me to tell them what to do. They were so solid that I was willing to turn over the management of the party to them. Jack asked if it was okay with me (of course it was!) if he made a sauce in the blender to drizzle on the pound cake. He whipped up something yummy from berries and cream that made that simple pound cake look really special.
Jack and Cathy kept the platters looking bountiful, picked up descarded plates and cups, and managed trash. THey stowed the leftovers and cleaned the kitchen, including the floor. My house looked better after the party than it did before. Their professionalism allowed me to relax and entertain my guests, and "be a guest at my own party."
